Right on the beach and really easy to get to. All the things we needed were there and the condo was clean and beautiful. The only thing I would like to see is a shower outside to rinse sand from the beach otherwise awesome place to stay right on the boardwalk for those morning walks! We loved it!

Stunning Airbnb in the heart of downtown BSL! The house was in pristine condition & Angelina had so many thoughtful extras to make it feel like a true home away from home. The golf cart was a great added amenity! There were games & even sand toys - a total hit for my kids (ages 5-10). The location felt safe & was nice and quiet. We were able to walk everywhere downtown, and then could ride the golf cart anywhere else we wanted to go. 10/10 recommend this amazing house in BSL!

The house is situated perfectly from the beach and several delicious restaurants! Angelina was a great host - very responsive and made things easy. The cottage was adorable (cute art and furnishings) and in a peaceful location that is still close to downtown. It is close to the train tracks (this entire part of GPT is) and I honestly only heard one train during my 4 night stay and that train came through quickly in the early evening - truly was not a bother at all. The bed is fantastic! Super comfortable, nice linens and sheets/blankets/pillows were very clean (so much nicer than a hotel bed). Angelina provided some coffee which was really appreciated. Nights were unseasonably cold, but the the cottage was warm & cozy - the electric radiator heater provided an even, comfortable temperature and worked perfectly. Plenty of hot water too - just have to run the faucet for a little bit to get up to temperature, but once it does there is plenty of hot water - shower was nice. I would stay here again, I was very relaxed and at home.

We really enjoyed the Cozy Blue Cottage. It was so nicely furnished with comfortable furniture and tastefully decorated with a beach theme. It is located in a quiet neighborhood where we felt comfortable to walk around. It was a short drive to the beach, grocery store, dollar store, and a reasonable drive to our tourist stops. The place was clean. The backyard/deck area was nice too, even though the cool spell prevented us using it a lot. It was fun to stay a week in this house!

The small house fit our needs for two people.  It was clean and as described with all of the supplies that you need on hand.  The neighborhood seemed a little sketchy when we first pulled in because of the age and lack of upkeep with surrounding houses and with an excess of cars parked in the streets and in people's front yards. We ended up not having any problems and the neighborhood was nice and quiet.  The beds were super comfortable and the outdoor space was nice.  My only complaint about the house itself was the laundry is located awkwardly outside in a tiny room that is hard to maneuver.  This wouldn't stop us from coming back but it may be difficult for larger people or people with mobility issues.

Beautiful home with lots of extras, excellent instructions, and spotless! The beach is just a block and 1/2 away with McDonald's, Walmart and other shopping and restaurants nearby. Side note, we really enjoyed Juan's Mexican restaurant with live music and impeccable service! Looking forward to staying here again!!

We enjoyed our stay . It was centrally located to the things we wanted to do in the area. We were out and about early and in later after site seeing and dinner each evening for  our 3 night stay . It was cozy for 2 . It was cool nights and we were provided with a portable space heater . We watched tv at night and had coffee.  The bed was comfortable and  we had plenty of hot water - just needed to let it run a bit .  Host left us some yummy coffee to try . The location was private and cute with a covered area for our  car . Easy entry in and out . It was very nice place and especially for the price .

I can’t say enough good things about Angelina’s house. The location is perfect - it’s one block from the Main Street with restaurants, bars, live music, etc. The street is quiet with plenty of parking. We enjoyed the screened front porch for coffee. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and clean. There were plenty of towels and quite a few beach towels too. The golf cart is perfect for getting around Bay St. Louis and for trips to the beach. Angelina was proactive in making sure we had the codes to get in, checking on us, and ensuring we had what we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

The house was exactly as the pictures showed/described with exception to the pool and hot tub. The pool was not useable and there was no hot tub. Other than that, this house was perfect for our family of 5! So close to the beach and a great neighborhood!!

It's unfortunate that this property wasn't in better shape. While the house had the potential to be cute it was clear all the photos were very old. The pool was green and unusable. The back patio furniture was so rusted that we couldn't sit at the table. The yard had deflated pool toys and trash built up that no one had bothered to dispose of. The cover that's pictured with a hot tub under it has been shredded and there is no hot tub there now. Two large palm trees off the patio while nice had rats nesting in them. The house was clearly a flip, which is to be expected for a rental, however, the quality of the flip leaves a lot to be desired. For instance the main hallway bathroom door did not close. Along with these things. The beds had one very thin blanket each and the sheets were so pilled up they were unusable. There were no extra linens and we ended up going to Walmart to buy some to get us thru our stay. While clean the house was a total let down and I wish we stayed elsewhere.

The listing photos are approximately one year old and accurately reflect the current condition of the home. There have been no changes that would make them misleading. Regarding the pool, your stay occurred during late winter conditions in southern Mississippi, with temperatures ranging from the 30s to low 50s. During this time, the pool is not in operation as it is being prepared for the summer season. Additionally, there is no hot tub on the property and has not been since 2025. Any outdated images were only on Airbnb and have since been addressed. As for the pool toys in the yard, the area had recently experienced strong windstorms that displaced some items. Had we been notified, we would have promptly come by to clean them up. The statement about rats in the palm trees is not accurate. The property is regularly maintained under a standard pest control program common in the region, and there are no known issues of that nature. Lastly, we provide linens in line with the length of stay. For shorter bookings, standard sets are supplied, while additional linens are provided for extended stays. This helps us maintain the quality and condition of the home for all guests. We strive to provide a clean, comfortable, and accurately represented space, and we are always happy to address concerns when they are brought to our attention during a stay.

All of the extras are what made us pick this place and they did not disappoint. The game room, large dining table and extra big sofa  made plenty of family time achievable. Lots of room in the back yard for catch and a pool for cooling off made the kids time great.

We are a family of 6 and we had a great time here! Fenced in back yard was perfect for my young children to roam and play In the yard. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. It was a perfect location for us with things to do in b9th directions along the coast. There is a friendly neighborhood kitty cat that enjoyed relaxing with us in the evenings out back. And the kids loved the little family of lizards that live in an area of the back yard!! Walmart right down the road was a definite plus!! This was a perfect house for a vacation with young children!
